My ideas here for improvement, just suggestions. The red blobs all over the body can be made darker, and blended in with the rest of the clothing, or cell shaded. The blue crosspatching is for a more gritty texture, and the blue lines on the right are for background shade.

it is good but you put too much white in his hair and his leg and hand look a bit odd but it is your art and if you think it is pure gold then do not anybody tell you different
