I would suggest places like ~Walmart or ~Marshalls definitely Marshalls though because they have like name brands clothes and stuff for like good prices depending on if you go by style or not but yeah i would suggest those 2 (:

For school related items, you gotta go to Staples. Especially electronics, you should check online for the best prices first. Things at Staples can be pretty pricy unless you go in the back and find all the discounted items. In general, you wouldn't find very good school supply shopping outside office supply stores.
