unless I'm missing something, you'd simply go through each image, add up the numbers where the darts have hit, and see which one adds up to 14

for example, for the first image at the top left, the darts are on 9 and 3 which add up to 12, not 14, so you'd keep going with the next image and repeat this until you get 14.
