Draw or create something tha means something to you. You can draw about a past experience, for example, you had a heartbreak, draw a person with their heart in their hand and the other refusing to take it. Things that have meaning to you will get your creative juices flowing. If not just draw something completely random, my best bet is "weirdcore" an object of such, and make it into a human. And give it extra things like accessories and a personality just by its clothing!
