Why I try to look inspiration on writting I usaully just looks at characters I love and take traits from those character. Not doing the character again but, trying to take two different traits and making a new character out of it. Like we can the recklessness from Ralphel (TMNT) and the brains of someone like Bruce Banner(Hulk) and boom and Smart yet Knuckleheaded person. Hope this helps.
