1. Change the gerunds to infinitives. A gerund is a verb ending in -ing, but it acts as a noun. To change a gerund to an infinitive, drop the ing and change the verb back to its present tense form. Then add the word “to” in front of it.

2. Change the infinitives to gerunds. Do the opposite, add -ing to the verb (Changing spelling as necessary), drop the “to” in front.
