how do u know its from riri? its possible that those are just adds to get you to spend money to get it scanned or to buy and app or whatever. ive gotten those before, once my phone said it was going to get destroyed in 2 days if i didnt get an anti virus, which i found out was an ad to get me to spend money

Ah, those are pop-ups that happen whenever you go onto sites that are not secure! Just exit out of your tab and you'll be fine :). NEVER install anything it tells you to!

It could be from sites you have been on before. When you delete browser history, click on all the other options except for history. Do it for all time and that should help clean things up. If it has to do with stuff you downloaded or more sketchy things you have done then that would require more work.
