PoseidonGodOfTheSea:

ok so first collect like terms -8x - 5x +2>- 38 -13x + 2> - 38

PoseidonGodOfTheSea:

Move the constant to the right-hand side and change its sign -13x +2> - 38 -13x > -38 - 2

PoseidonGodOfTheSea:

Then calculate the difference -13x > - 38 - 2 -13x > - 40

PoseidonGodOfTheSea:

Then Divide both sides of the inequality by -13 and flip the inequality sign -13x > - 40 x < 40/13

PoseidonGodOfTheSea:

Solution x < 40/13

PoseidonGodOfTheSea:

\[x < \frac{ 40 }{ 13 }\]
