Burnout depends on how mentally and psychically stressful your job is, and especially if they require you to work for many more hours than a typical work week. But yeah I would agree that any position in the healthcare industry will lead to burnout, but that doesn’t mean your career is over. See, people react differently to circumstances. Like some people will get so burned out they’ll actually begin to engage in vices like drinking and even drugs. Some people even get depressed.
On the other hand, some people just need a long vacation and then when they return to work, they take it easy on themselves. Sadly not everyone has this luxury, especially people with who have credentials that put them in a lower status compared to other professionals. 
Negative aspects aside, congratulations on amassing so many opportunities at your age! Obviously, you worked hard to receive those job offers. Nevertheless, do investigate your opportunities carefully, especially the company’s vacation and leave policies.

Also remember that getting higher education absolutely defines how stressful your life will be. People with more advanced degrees tend to make more money and so although money doesn’t buy happiness it definitely contributed to your quality of life. Sure, education costs a lot of money but there are many financial aid programs out there. And also you have the option of studying internationally. I guess what I’m trying to say is that it’s now at your age where we should investigate the most beneficial career for our life and also one that matches our preferences because you also don’t wanna be stuck in a miserable job that you hate.
