Well, the right triangle is scaled down, by what is what ur trying to figure out right? So I think the ratio would be 9:4, or 9/4.

The right triangle is a scaled down image of the left triangle. To get the scale factor, divide the corresponding side of the image/ the corresponding side of the pre image. In this case, since you’re scaling down from 9 to 4, it would be 4/9 rather than 9/4.
