O, dis is supposed to be in the Mathematics category. To figure out the scale factor, simply divide between the two.

Well, the right triangle is scaled down, by what is what ur trying to figure out right? So I think the ratio would be 9:4, or 9/4.

The right triangle is a scaled down image of the left triangle. To get the scale factor, divide the corresponding side of the image/ the corresponding side of the pre image. In this case, since you’re scaling down from 9 to 4, it would be 4/9 rather than 9/4.
