Apple juice has a pH of around 3 and lemon juice has a pH near 2. If you were trying to neutralize the acid of these fruit juices for baking, which juice would need more baking soda? Why?

the more acidic something is, the more base (baking soda in our case) you'd need to neutralize it. so between apple juice (pH 3) and lemon juice (pH 2) which is more acidic? which pH is farther away from 7 (neutral)?
