BRUHHHHHHH ok.... Which statement about converting metric units of measurement is true? Use the metric table to help answer the question. Metric Table kilo- hecto- deka- unit deci- centi- milli- 1,000 100 10 1 0.1 0.01 0.001 a-There are 0.35 hectoliters in 35 deciliters. b-There are 7.62 centiliters in 762 liters. c-There are 6.8 kiloliters in 68 hectoliters. d-There are 0.75 deciliters in 7.5 liters. whats the answer i have got it wrong 6 times

Extrinix:

I extended the graph by adding the amount of decimal places you must move between two Abbr.s (the arrows depict the direction of the decimal moving). \(\begin{array}{|l|l|}\hline \sf{Abbr.}&\sf{Amount}&&\sf{Kilo}&\sf{Hecto}&\sf{Deka}&\sf{Unit}&\sf{Deci}&\sf{Centi}&\sf{Milli}\\\hline \sf{Kilo-}&\sf{1,000}&&\sf{0}&\sf{\leftarrow~1}&\sf{\leftarrow~2}&\sf{\leftarrow~3}&\sf{\leftarrow~4}&\sf{\leftarrow~5}&\sf{\leftarrow~6}\\\hline \sf{Hecto-}&\sf{100}&&\sf{1 \rightarrow}&\sf{0}&\sf{\leftarrow~1}&\sf{\leftarrow~2}&\sf{\leftarrow~3}&\sf{\leftarrow~4}&\sf{\leftarrow~5}\\\hline \sf{Deka-}&\sf{10}&&\sf{2 \rightarrow}&\sf{1 \rightarrow}&\sf{0}&\sf{\leftarrow~1}&\sf{\leftarrow~2}&\sf{\leftarrow~3}&\sf{\leftarrow~4}\\\hline \sf{Unit}&\sf{1}&&\sf{3 \rightarrow}&\sf{2\rightarrow}&\sf{1\rightarrow}&\sf{0}&\sf{\leftarrow~1}&\sf{\leftarrow~2}&\sf{\leftarrow~3}\\\hline \sf{Deci-}&\sf{0.1}&&\sf{4 \rightarrow}&\sf{3 \rightarrow}&\sf{2 \rightarrow}&\sf{1 \rightarrow}&\sf{0}&\sf{\leftarrow~1}&\sf{\leftarrow~2}\\\hline \sf{Centi}&\sf{0.01}&&\sf{5 \rightarrow}&\sf{4 \rightarrow}&\sf{3 \rightarrow}&\sf{2 \rightarrow}&\sf{1 \rightarrow}&\sf{0}&\sf{\leftarrow~1}\\\hline \sf{Milli-}&\sf{0.001}&&\sf{6 \rightarrow}&\sf{5 \rightarrow}&\sf{4 \rightarrow}&\sf{3 \rightarrow}&\sf{2 \rightarrow}&\sf{1 \rightarrow}&\sf{0}\\\hline \end{array}\) You treat this (from Kilo to Milli) as decimal places, the amount you go down the list is the amount you move decimals. (to the right if going down the list, to the right if going up the list). It asks you to use this chart to find which answer is correct. \(\sf{0.35~HECTOliters~(100)~\rightarrow~35~DECIliters~(0.1)}\) Going down the list on this one, meaning your decimal should move to the left 3 times. Which would make this 0.00035 DECIliters (so A's incorrect) Given the first one as an example, you should be able to find the answer from there.
