An outsider could mean many things, one is meaning they're lonely and don't like to talk to anyone a lot so people call then "Outsiders". Two is people/someone who does not belong in a group, party or anything like that.

Well like the first reason (Them not liking to talk to others) is Not to judge by their cover because they could just be shy. The second reason (Not belonging to a party/group) Is to show who you are and be you instead of faking.
