We think its wrong to cry
When its strong to cry
It feels good to cry
Its a healing proses
Its safe to cry

The world has pushed us all into a whole
A whole that makes us think were week
Week for doing the most natral thing ever
Cry
We choke on tears 
Trying to hold them back
I dont understand it
Why are we told this

Were told to not love who we love
Were told that crying is harmful
Were told your who your born to be
Were told lies
Were told things thar dont evin make sens

I wish that we would all grown up
And funly reliz that crysings good

I came up with a title maybe you could use "Be yourself and cry" but its up to you. and overall your poem is really good.
