What we need to do is solve for the average $ per hour Andre gets for mowing lawns. The first question states that: He mowed a neighbor's lawn for 1/2 HR for $10. We can then do simple division which would be... 10/.5=$20 For the first answer we get Andre makes $20 per hour cutting his neighbor's lawn.

For his Uncle's yard we are given the numbers.. 3/2 HR = $30 We can then do more division to come up with the equation 30/3.5=$8.6 We then have the answer to the 2nd question which is "Andre makes $8.6 an hour cutting his uncles lawn 3/2=3.5

For the last question we are given the numbers andre cuts the community center's lawn for 2 hours and makes $30 We can divide the money made by the amount of time to get the equation 30/2=$15 Andre makes $15 an hour cutting the community center's lawn. Just to wrap things up we are given the final answers of A- $20/Hr B-$8.6/Hr C-$15/Hr
