Well, take a second to think m8, what kind of people are there? What kind of people can you interact with? People influence us, even if we don't mean for it to happen. If your friend group smokes so you end up doing the same, that's a negative outcome. If someone is bullying you, it affects your brain and that's a negative outcome. But on the flip side, a good friend can bring you up out of the darkness. They could be there to support you. I'd say that's pretty positive, eh?

you worded this perfectly, thank you. and to add onto your thought- even hanging around people who you thought were making you happy. eventually your realize the decline in your own mental health.
