I think this is great, but there is always room for improvement :). I like the hair as well and the glint of sparkles in the background. I think you could choose a better way to express your art though, as slitting the neck isn't often a bright way of seeing things- but it can be classified in the dark side of art which alot of people favor and like. So this has potential to be your starting point towards success. Work on your shading, and outlining, and most importantly.... Never give up! Your amazing and you have a bright Future:)
