is the answer C
Pathos is the rhetorical appeal to emotions. I think you would be correct there with C. People tend to get attached to things with a name and the sentence signals an emotional story is going to follow.
Which sentence most clearly uses biased language A. Venomous snakes can be found in almost every country on Earth B. A person was found trapped inside an elevator over the weekend C. As pets, dogs are Most popular than cats in the united states D. The Springfield Panthers are sadly the state champions once again
it is either C or D
i think
Oooo biased language icic. Alright so if something is biased, it is going to sound non-factual and like an opinion, or it can look like a fact but have descriptive words in it that make it in tune with the writer's perspective of the matter. I understand why you would think C. It sounds like it's biased. But it doesn't have any biased language in it. D though has the word "sadly." The writer is biased here.
so D
mhm ^^
