Endertube:

what is the slope of the line?

Endertube:

AlphaWolf4:

Well, to work it out go from (0,4), which has an interception of the line by a point, then go down where the slope line would be met at the second point at (1,1). The slope would then equal (1,-3) in the (X,Y) format. (visual example in the attachments)

surjithayer:

you can take two points (0,4) and (2,-2) \[slope=\frac{ y_{2}-y_{1} }{ x_{2}-x_{1} }\]
