Man I rlly need to brush up on my Shakespeare. I feel like the overall tone of the passage is relatively negative. He's saying that Romeo's change of heart was so quick and he doesn't rlly approve of that, at least as far as I can tell. I did a tad bit of research and so I feel like A would be the best choice here.
