Conditional is associating a natural idea to an existing idea. Operant is using reinforcement to adjust behavior. For example; Grounding a child if they did failed all their classes is Operant.. they use grounding as the reinforcement to change that behavior of failing classes. Another example is waking up to an alarm... that would be conditional. Naturally, we wake up everyday, we don't need an alarm. But once we start using an alarm, everytime we hear it, it'll wake us up
