I know that people use age regression and they put themselves into a younger mindset. do you belive it actually works? Like they actually are in a younger childs mindset?

That does work. I know cause I got an age regresser alter. And sometimes it happens to me because of some trauma that's happened. So yes, it does actually work.

Minimagic:

ok well there you go

MidniteSunny:

Yes, yes, age regression is indeed possible. I am an age regressor. How to age regress definitely depends on the person, but usually you can trigger yourself to regress by acting little and doing kidsy things. This includes using coloring books, watching cartoons, carrying around a stuffie, talking like a child, using a pacifier, etc. This puts the person into a state of responsibility-free bliss, where worry and anxieties are often nonexistant. That state is called littlespace. Littlespace is usually a coping mechanism to deal with trauma or stress. From my experience, it works. When I'm regressed, I feel small, but in a positive way. My speech level goes down and sometimes I can't even form full sentences, but that depends on what age I've regressed to. Usually I waddle around like a toddler or skip to get around places, carrying a stuffie. It helps me by letting me have some time where I'm free from my anxiety. I'm actually happy when I'm regressed, whereas when I'm at my body's age, I'm not. Remember, people who are currently regressed, which are called littles, are literally children. Talk to them accordingly. Huge thing to note is that due to their nature, littles will oftentimes act a bit different than children their age, and understand a lot of complex subjects, which can explain why a lot of littles generally know how to type and explain trauma. Hope this helps<3

Yes, you should. And no, we don't have a caregiver and it's alright.
