Okay, so first, let's look at the question...first, we have to see what England settlers DON'T do that back then, WE did--which for one, they didn't use slaves...for two, they were strict on religion, and three, English puritans were also there from other places BESIDES england...and i don't think a kingdom really counts as a religious government, so i'd have to say the correct answer would be A. besides, i don't remember England folk having slaves in the early days of america--at most they teamed up with the indians.
