This is actually really good, whether it looks like him or not ; you need to look at it from arts perspective. The hair doesn't look sloppy, and you actually put details into his locks ; including shaded scalp, and loose stray hairs. The eyes are done very well, both very close to the same size, and shading is perfectly done. His nose is nicely built, meaning you have experience, considering noses and eyes are the hardest to draw in portraits. Overall you did amazing, never give up this talent. Who knows? Maybe one day could be a career... Have a great day :D

It looks great, it doesn't look bad. You just have that trait in your head, of self-doubt. I think that you did a fantastic job. You should be proud of yourself, not trying to tear yourself down. It's not fair, for other people to witness your greatness, and feel uncomfortable, because you think ''it looks kinda bad''.
Plus, it is not fair to you and your artistic skills. When you say that you are not good enough, you start to truly believe in that. As if it were a fact. Then you put yourself into a position, that degrades you. Which stops you from being happy, trying, and living to the best of your capability. You have the power to believe in yourself, and when you do that, you can inspire people with your heart. Then, your soul will be seen through your art. That power is always stronger than the power of self-doubt.
