So i need to get at least a 60% average on my finals to pass this class, i have two finals that i need to get the grade up for.

On the first one, i got a 56.38 / 148
Second one, a 35.24 / 148

if i only take one, what grade do i have to get to have a 60% average for both?

Im going to estimate the first one because 56.38% is greater than 35.24% 
so the first one is going to get u a high grade than the second one.

These are out of 148 points. Converting them to 100 points, the first one is 38.09% and the second is 23.81%.

Converting 60% out of 100% means you would have to get 88.8/148 on the final.

If you can only retake one to average it to 60%, even getting a perfect 100% wouldn't be enough because you would need the other one to be 40%, but the highest one is 38.09%.

If you can retake both, you should be ok. If you can only take one... there's no solution to passing if it's based on 60%/100%.
