yourdootcome:

Which food below would be a good source of carbohydrates? a. strips of bacon b. glass of milk c. bowl of broccoli d. handful of almonds

Axolotl:

I would think strips of bacon because milk gives you protein, broccoli is good for you and gives you vitamins and other good stuff, and almonds also give you all that good stuff like vitamins. So using the process of elimination I would think it would be bacon! Hope this helps!!! <333 -Axy

Unprocessed food such as vegetables, whole grains, beans, and fruits are good sources of carbohydrates.

Since bacon is processed, milk, broccoli, and almonds have carbohydrates.

yourdootcome:

I'm sure almonds have more carbohydrates than milk.

I don't fully know how to answer this now because they ALL give carbs, but the question is asking what is a good source. Unprocessed whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and beans are HEALTHY sources. So, is the question asking about good in quantity or good in health???
