Why the hell would you come back and be part of this
All I have is broken promises
I have nothing left to give except heartbreak
God I hate myself why can't you go away
Yet you come back and try to make amends
Telling me that it'll all be ok
Giving me your heart to break again
I'm not good enough for you
Your love deserves to be cherished
Why can't you give me the worst of it
I'm just a man who's lost himself
Someone destined for hell
I can't be the hero you want me to be
I can't save anyone much less myself
Why can't you hate me
Tell me I'm not worth trust you give
Why can't you leave
Cause I'll only hurt us both again and again
I hate myself for all the wrong I've done
How could you see me and not the past
You're stupid for telling me to march on
I'm just a man with no hope
So save yourself from my hell
You deserve to be with someone else
