I am working on an art project. is there a good way to use kid scissors to cut clothes?

I'd suggest cutting a tiny bit, but to rip the rest. Cut any odd strands ad make sure that you get better supplies in the near future for more professional outcomes--I'd also suggest using a knife and stab along the seams if needed and get a sowing kit, as a majority come with a seam ripper specifically for such things--they also come with a lot of clips to use, too.

I know how to sow, make things, all the sort--I can give you ideas in dms--I've even made shirtless sleeves that go up to your shoulders along your arm, leading to a longer edge near the wrists
