I'd go with either C or D. C is something you'd more than likely find on the internet, and it's the same for D. The only difference is that with C, it's more for informational purposes, and for D, it's for entertainment purposes.

oh i was gessing B since it wants to know what a media is there is know way that D is because a media is not some joke and I don't think C because a media is not a quote from some expert

Ohhh I see what you're saying. Media can also be an image of some sort, and a gesture seems more.. physical. Maybe it could be A because it's a diagram?
