Okay, well I would say C.

A: Be an active listener. Well, this is good to do, but how does this help with finding a partner? It doesn't.

B: Contribute Ideas: This is good to do as well, but this again doesn't help with finding a partner.

C: Be inclusive. This would work because if you put yourself out there instead of being in a corner alone, people will see you and work with you seeing that you're alone and being inclusive can also make you friends which can also get you partners!

D: Take a leading role. This is good too, BUT this is just being a leader with ideas and so on, that doesn't mean you will get a partner.
