Ok so basically,

for 1 reason um it's like without access to health care or treatment it can kill like over 60,000 people like way over that and it can cause a lot of heart issues/ diseases.

2nd reason, if you do have a heart attack you need medicine and sometimes can't be taken to surgery because not even that will help sometimes.
