Okay so basically you will distribute the -3 to all the numbers/variables inside the ()
so it would be
\[6a+33-5a=-4a+3\]
As you can see you have more than the same variables on one side so you need to subtract
\[6a-5a=1a \]
So your equation now is
\[1a+33=-4a+3\]
Then you can subtract 33 from both sides
\[1a=-4a-30\]
Then you'll add 4a to both sides
\[5a=-30\]
Then you'll divide both sides by 5 to get a
\[30/-5=-6\]
\[a=-6\]
