Krissy525:

What are good anxiety-relieving techniques? I chew on a lot of things (I know it's not healthy).

SaltTheLoser:

Eat gummies

Rylee88:

Chew gum, this way you don't have to really eat 24/7 and you get to chew something with flavor (:

Here's some things that help me (They might not help i'm just trying to share my techniques!) : Behavioral therapy, Deep breathing, Exercise, Journaling, Meditation, Reading, Socializing , Don't smoke if you do then try to stop (It can be hard but DM me if you're having a hard time smoking/vaping!), Make a sleep priority, Eat healthy, Spending time outdoors, Do activities you really enjoy/love, Spend time with your family & friends, Take a break and go outside (If in class just step outside your class or chat with your current teacher), Try walking & talking. Sorry this is a lot, you asked a question so i'm giving thoughtful and complete answers!

I think they're called sensory necklaces, and they can come in a lot of fun shapes, sizes, and colours ! https://www.amazon.com/gp/slredirect/picassoRedirect.html/ref=pa_sp_atf_baby-products_sr_pg1_1?ie=UTF8&adId=A01108263BHWRTG103T89&qualifier=1676100519&id=5695011475831350&widgetName=sp_atf&url=%2FNecklace-Sensory-Bundle-Teething-Silicone%2Fdp%2FB07YHL9FSR%2Fref%3Dsr_1_3_sspa%3Fcrid%3D2QE3NL8A4VI95%26keywords%3Dnecklace%2Bchew%26qid%3D1676100519%26refinements%3Dp_72%253A1248867011%26rnid%3D1248865011%26s%3Dbaby-products%26sprefix%3Dnecklace%252520chew%252Caps%252C422%26sr%3D1-3-spons%26psc%3D1 ^Das a link to some sensory chew necklaces, and they're lego shaped, red, yellow, blue, and green !!!!! As for general anxiety relief, I also suggest ze 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique. Ish pwetty well-known and wut it basically does ish get chu bacc in touch w/ ur surroundings, forcing ur brain to refocus using ur senses.

MidniteSunny:

Best of luck hun<3 We're here for chu on ur journey

Krissy525:

I use the 5-4-3-2-1 method a lot but sometimes i just start chewing things anyways thank you guys for all the suggestions, i will try them out and i will look into getting sensory necklaces
