Depends on the level of bullying it is. If its just like teasing and such, you can easily ignore it. No need to respond to them in a negative manner. If it continues and progressively gets worst you can talk to someone about it. "Lame" answer I know, but sometimes the best thing you can do is get someone to step in such as a teacher or such. If you do anything back you will most likely make it worse. Honestly though, just tune it out? If they are bullying you they obviously have some reason to do so such as an insecurity for example. Some people bully to seek validation, just don't validate them and it will work most of the time.
