Answering questions, writing in chats, fanning people, and getting fanned. BUT do not raise smart score a lot or you will be warned and your level will decrease.

To level up Teamwork:

Invite people
Get testimonials/fans
Help people with their questions (just the amount of people you helped in general) aka questions answered

Problem solving:
Answer questions ( You can level up teamwork an problem solving by doing this)
Get medals (but don't inflate your smart score and spam yourself or have someone spam you)

Engagement:
Medals on questions you asked, like for your hard effort.
Be active (be online everyday for a short period of time or however long you want to be)
Ask questions
(Talking in chat/getting fans/testimonials also work here, but is the easiest way to level up)
