You can use a arm sleeve

Take a cloth put warm water on it and gently massage the bruise from the middle outward. This works for hickeys so I'd assume it would work on a normal bruise. Hope this helps!

If you use a warm cloth and push outward it spreads out the blood that’s clotted there
