I got my puppy 2-3 weeks ago and she still isn't potty trained, we have been trying everything to get her there but nothing is helping and she loves attacking and biting (For an example biting my dads ear) we need help with training her, any suggestions?

It's okay but when you have nothing nice to say it's better to not say anything.

Get a bell and tie it to the door and every time you take her out ring the bell so she she knows to ring the bell if she needs outside

In the places they usually pee at, put down potty pads. Once they have been peed on, you throw thm away. Also, whenever they pee, show them the door or gate, but also let them out afterwards in case they have unfinished business.
It's usual for dogs at a young age to take a while to be potty trainend. I've had mine for around 3 months now and they're still learning, though they're doing better than before. They sit at the door when they want potty or to go outside, my eldest whines at the door. And during the nighttime, they whine when they have to go potty.
Just be patient and I'm sure it'll all come together.
