yeah it is bad, you need to clear some space because your completely out and some stuff on your computer or whatever your using might stop working until you clear it, you can try buying more space on your computer, but you should probably get that fixed soon, it should be prettyyyy easy you can try looking up some options for you, thats definitively why your computer is slowing down, get that fixed soon bc gb is actually larger than mb and what youve used is 236 gb and what your computer has is 250 mb so yeah, thats bad.

you can try uninstalling any unnecessary apps you have that you dont use, and getting rid of monster files, and on what your using there should be a disk cleanup tool you can try using that, and get rid of any photos-videos-downloads you have that you dont need

Short cut to delete temp files - Window + R then type %temp% , then you can also delete browsing data on chrome to free space .

Holy shi- yea that's bad you need to either delete some files, apps, bookmarks and etc. Once you do that it should recover the speed of the computer, if not just buy a new one.
