Is anyone aware of this? Like i don't know if they're banned or not i'm just asking because why would someone make a account like the screenshot i provided in this post. I have told MANY moderators and i haven't gotten responses but iv'e reported them also and not sure if they have gotten banned but i just want people to be aware of this.

They exist one every website honestly, it's best to just ignore them and move on. If they start pestering you and won't leave you alone, then perhaps report them, otherwise not much will/can be done.
