for part a you just multiply 4x15 and 9x15 bc it has a scale factor of 15 then divide both by 12 bc you’re converting it to feet, you could use a calculator then for part b I think you just multiply the two numbers for part a to get the area of the new sign

Part a= 4x15=60in 9x15= 135 in, then divide so 60/12= 5ft 135/12 = 11.25
Part B= 11.25 ft x 5 = 56.25 square feet
