Okay, this took a lot longer for me to understand, but I know the answer now. So the carbon budget is 275. And they are saying that if we already used 120 tonnes of fossil fuels, how much do we have left? In that case, all you would need to do is subtracts 120 from 275. And your answer would be 155 billion tonnes.
