this actually isnt a great counterclaim at all. you repeated yourself when you said "what they post on social media" and using the word "stuff" is vauge. and the last sentence just isnt gramatically correct. it should be "Although, it might seem a bit over the top for people to have consequences based off of what they post on social media. People do post about how they break the law, trespassing, harming themselves, and harming others."
