I got a new skateboard the other day but the grip tape on it is saur fresh and it's really skinning up my thumb which kinda hurts tbh, anything I can do to minimize the pain or make it heal faster? 🙏🏼

Put some gause on it and wash it

Put a bandage on it and put some triple antibiotic ointment such as Neosporin.
