I'm supposed to do a speech about a topic that most teenagers go through for my school project, I don't know what to do.

I'm not sure what you mean by "go through" as in the speech topic must be some kind of event or if its just anything.

Since your topic is centered around teenagers, you can discuss one of the many things that come with being a teenager. Social media, the stress of school, social life, making friends, making enemies, bullying, sports, other extra curriculars, family life, anxieties about the future (college/job/career/etc), love/romantic life, hobbies.
