yeah it's pretty confusing.

So you are trying to find the sum of each letter and be doing so you would need to add up the numbers in the half circles to get some of your answers.

A is 13 because it's the start
B is 11 because it's the only number we have
C is 22 because we add up the numbers
D is 15 because you add up the overlapping circles
E is 33 because same reason as D
F is 9 because the same reason a B
G is 19 because we add up the numbers
H is also 13 because it's the end
I is 13 same reason as H
