Leiland was correct when he explained it to chu beforehand, but u somehow understood it wrong and asked if B was ze correct choice. Nu, ish not. Ze exponent would be negative if it was a smaller than 0 number, but since 5450 ish greater than 0, ze exponent will b positive. Therefore the only option to consider being correct ish A.
