Try placing some ice on it and taking some sort of medicine to help ease the pain. something like tylenol or anything that you have laying in a cabinet that would help then yeah like @lovemelee said also wrap it up to help stay on the knuckle.

Remember dat if it's completely broken, u should go to a hospital/doctor. Treat as any other broken bone in the meantime tho, w/ the RICE method (rest, ice, compression, elevation). Pain meds may ease the pain itself tho, as ppl do b sayin.
