Maybe go to like someone's house if people live nearby that you know or call a friend, to come pick you up.

Go to a nearby friend's or nearby relative's place and ask if you can stay with them for a bit. You can explain your situation to them and ask them for any help. Depending on your age, you might also want to start looking into getting a job. If you have a car you might have to stay there for a couple of days until you figure something further out.
