Gucchi:

this is my last questionn

Gucchi:

im looking online theres a similar question like this wit diff expononents and numbers but i think its the same process no?

OLIVER69:

yes that would be the same process and when you finish solving your problem in that process you should get an answer of (x+2)^2 + (y−5)^2 = 36

I will try my best to break it down well, first you would need to set the equation equal to zero. Like this, x^2 + 4x + y^2 - 10y - 7 = 0 next, you would set the x and y squared would go in parenthesis like so, (x + )^2 + (y - )^2 = ? then you would divide 4 and 10 by a common factor of 2. And plug them in the equation like so, (x + 2)^2 + (y - 5)^2 =? And do get what it's equal to, you would do 3^2, which would be 9, but then multiply it by 4, to get 36 and then you would have your equation. (x + 2)^2 + (y - 5)^2 + 36

okay done does it look good

OLIVER69:

yes that looks good but maybe off to the left side divide 4 and 10 by 2 so whoever knows you have shown how you got your answer

Gucchi:

wym left side?

Gucchi:

like here

OLIVER69:

like where you showed you work on how you got 36, but on the left side. Makes sense?
