The first thing I am wondering is what your opinion is and what information you have. I don't want to say some things you are already thinking about for either side. So what are you thinking could be some reasons for either side?

I honestly don't know maybe because black people were finally able to be in the same place as white's for the reason's why they thought it ended

Well what if we think about some of the current things that you see. I know on TV and on YouTube you somtimes come acrossed Black Lives Matter movment which that could be one reason for why historians have belived that it has not ended yet.

Think about things like that. I don't want to do the whole things for you. Is there anything else that you know about this topic that you would maybe be able to put in the charts?

That is what you have google for. I do IT and things that I do not know how to do or do not understand I look up on goolge for better understanding. So I want you to go look on google and try to find some articles for your topic. I gurentee if you look yoour topic up you can find a lot of information on your topic.
